Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern access to pnth.bot, auth.pnth.bot, Pantheon Robotics accounts, preorder flows, and related services. By creating an account, signing in, placing a preorder, or using the services, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Preorder Agreement.

If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the services.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account.
• Pantheon Robotics may reject, suspend, or terminate accounts when needed to protect the services, users, payment systems, or legal compliance.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, scrape non-public systems, or use the services to violate law.
• Do not submit false, misleading, infringing, unlawful, or harmful content.
• Do not reverse engineer, copy, or exploit non-public software, design files, models, or infrastructure exposed through the services.

Product information

Pantheon Robotics may publish prototype images, specifications, prices, delivery estimates, and other product information. Unless a final signed purchase agreement says otherwise, that information is preliminary and may change.

The website may contain typographical, technical, or availability errors. Pantheon Robotics may correct errors and update the services at any time.

Payments and third-party services

Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. Pantheon Robotics does not store full payment card numbers through the website.

Your use of third-party authentication, payment, hosting, or communications services may also be subject to those providers' terms and policies.

Intellectual property

The services, site design, software, text, graphics, trademarks, product names, and technical materials are owned by Pantheon Robotics or its licensors. You receive only the limited right to use the services for their intended purpose.

Disclaimers and limits

The services are provided as available and as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pantheon Robotics disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pantheon Robotics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Changes and contact

Pantheon Robotics may update these terms as the services and product program evolve. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
