Privacy Policy
Privacy terms for accounts, checkout, and site operation.
This policy explains what information Pantheon Robotics collects, why it is used, and how it is handled.
01
Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Pantheon Robotics collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through pnth.bot, auth.pnth.bot, account creation, authentication, preorder flows, and related communications.
02
Information we collect
- Account information, such as email address, authentication identifiers, password credentials handled through our authentication provider, and account status.
- Preorder and transaction information, such as reservation status, checkout session identifiers, payment status, amount, timestamps, and related support communications.
- Technical information, such as IP address, user agent, cookies, session tokens, device information, log data, and security events.
- Information you provide directly, such as messages, refund requests, support requests, and other communications.
03
How we use information
- Create and secure accounts, authenticate users, maintain sessions, and prevent fraud or abuse.
- Operate preorder checkout, track reservation status, process refunds, and provide account support.
- Improve, debug, protect, and maintain the website, API, infrastructure, and product program.
- Send transactional notices, security notices, legal updates, preorder updates, and service communications.
- Comply with law, enforce agreements, preserve records, and protect rights, users, and systems.
04
Payment processing
Stripe or another payment processor may collect and process payment information directly. Pantheon Robotics receives transaction metadata needed to operate the preorder program, but does not store full payment card numbers through the website.
05
Cookies and sessions
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session security, OAuth state, fraud prevention, and basic site operation. Some cookies are necessary for the services to work.
06
Sharing
- Service providers that host, authenticate, process payments, store records, deliver infrastructure, or help operate the services.
- Professional advisers, auditors, payment networks, banks, or insurers when reasonably necessary.
- Authorities, courts, counterparties, or others when required by law, legal process, safety, security, or enforcement needs.
- Successors or counterparties in a financing, merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets.
07
Retention and security
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the services, maintain legal and financial records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and satisfy compliance obligations.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
08
Choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of personal information, or object to certain uses, by contacting inq@pnth.bot. Rights may depend on where you live and may be subject to legal exceptions.
Pantheon Robotics does not sell personal information for money. If a privacy law defines sale or sharing more broadly, you may contact inq@pnth.bot to exercise applicable opt-out rights.
09
