Reservation terms for the Pantheon X1 robot.

Purpose

This Preorder Agreement applies when you create an account, reserve a place in the Pantheon X1 preorder program, or pay a reservation deposit through pnth.bot. It supplements the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

A preorder is an expression of interest and a reservation in a development-stage product program. It is not a final purchase agreement, shipment commitment, financing arrangement, investment, or guarantee that a robot will be delivered on any particular date.

Refundable deposit

The current reservation deposit is $500. The deposit is refundable unless and until you separately agree to a purchase agreement that states different refund terms.

You may request a refund by contacting inq@pnth.bot from the email address associated with your account. Refund timing may depend on payment processor, bank, fraud-prevention, and compliance review requirements.

Timing may change

Any launch date, delivery date, production date, shipment window, or availability estimate is an estimate only. Robotics development, manufacturing, supply chain, certification, testing, field reliability, safety, regulatory, and business constraints may cause dates to change.

Pantheon Robotics may delay, pause, cancel, limit, or reorder preorder fulfillment. If material delays occur, Pantheon Robotics may provide updated information and may ask whether you want to continue waiting or receive a refund.

Specifications may change

Pantheon X1 is a development-stage robot. Published height, mass, runtime, degrees of freedom, capabilities, images, CAD, renders, performance metrics, sensors, actuators, materials, software features, safety features, accessories, and other specifications are preliminary.

The final robot may differ materially from listed specifications, prototype images, marketing materials, demos, or statements on the website. Pantheon Robotics may change, remove, or add features at any time before final sale.

Purchase terms may change

Any later purchase pricing, taxes, duties, shipping, installation, training, service plans, spare parts, software subscriptions, import/export costs, financing costs, and optional accessories may be set or changed before a purchase agreement.

Before any purchase beyond the reservation deposit, Pantheon Robotics may require you to accept a purchase agreement with configuration, payment schedule, delivery terms, warranty terms, safety terms, and other conditions.

Eligibility and compliance

• Pantheon Robotics may reject or cancel preorders for compliance, safety, export-control, sanctions, fraud, payment, availability, or business reasons.
• You may not transfer, resell, assign, or pledge a preorder without written permission from Pantheon Robotics.
• You are responsible for providing accurate account, contact, tax, delivery, and compliance information when requested.

No operational reliance

Do not rely on a preorder for business continuity, staffing, safety, manufacturing, logistics, agricultural, industrial, or other operational plans until a final written purchase agreement is signed and delivery terms are confirmed.

Cancellation

Pantheon Robotics may cancel the preorder program, cancel your reservation, or decline to enter a final purchase agreement. If Pantheon Robotics cancels your preorder before a final purchase agreement changes refund terms, your deposit will be refunded.

Updates and contact

Pantheon Robotics may update this Preorder Agreement as the product program develops. The version in effect when you place or maintain a preorder governs unless a later agreement is accepted.
